We are a local camera
club based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. We have a varied
programme designed to meet diverse levels of interest and ability.
Our membership is steadily growing and we now have around 35
members.
Digital cameras have generally made it
easier to take good pictures, but are you still not getting the
results you want? You do not need an expensive camera to take
good pictures. You don't even need to have a camera to join the
club.
Our weekly club meetings, lectures, projected
image and print competitions, practical sessions and club outings
are aimed at helping members get the most out of this hobby and to
suggest ways to improve the final pictures.
Summer Break and Annual Exhibition 2010
We are now on our Summer
Break and hopefully our members will be out and about taking loads
of new photos for us to look at when we resume in September.
Don't forget we have
our
annual exhibition, held in the foyer of William de Ferrers (entrance
to library) from 28th August until 10th September. If you are not a
club member this is your chance to view some of our work. Maybe you
will be inspired and come along to the club.
